We understand your time is valuable. And so is ours. Out of respect for our staff and clients, we respectfully require that you give us at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason.
A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance of a booked appointment will result in a full charge of the service, or loss of one treatment if a purchased package applies.
A no-show will result in a full charge of the service, or loss of one treatment if a purchased package applies.
Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the same type and length of service. We do our best to accommodate you in these situations, but if we are unable to, the same cancellation policy will apply, and we will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.
A credit card is required to make an appointment for our clients and is stored securely in our management-only-access system. Necessary cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.
NO REFUND POLICY
All services purchased (including packages with completed and non-completed services) are final and non-refundable. Carepassion Wellness is committed to providing excellent customer experiences and will assist our guests with all their concerns and shall advise post treatment protocol and regimen to be followed if necessary. Therefore, Carepassion Wellness does not accept any refund request for any reason.
